Eleni has published a vid of a simple pressure sensor that works using a sponger as a spring - so I guess you could explore the idea of using spring resistance to monitor the 'anger' level. But I also like the idea of a slider connected directly to a smartphone. Have you looked into the technology of this yet? Also have a look at some london cyclist twitterers and blogs to get a sense of what causes anger on the road. I really want this project to work, so get going!!!
